Isempower is Canada's first career launchpad for international students. The platform enables universities and colleges to support their growing population of international students at scale, while helping employers hire ethnically diverse candidates within the country quickly and easily.
Isempower was looking to redesign their website before the launch of an updated tech portal. Revamped website needed to focus its messaging on key value proposition for all stakeholders, showcase the platform as a SaaS product and highlight key features, as well as showcase testimonials and business values.
Creating a new site map and rough black and white wireframes provided a solid foundation for the redesign. Collaborating on messaging, navigation, and section placements ensured that we were heading in the right direction towards elevating Isempower's brand image to that of a SaaS platform.
Reducing the number of pages and focusing on transparent and concise messaging, along with custom branded illustrations, allowed us to better demonstrate the value to all stakeholders, including students, employers, and institution representatives, while also allowing Isempower to express its unique uplifting voice.
Embracing its own unique tone of voice and mission has allowed Isempower to better pivot towards their goal and reimagine brand aesthetics.
With the Isempower's young target audience and goal to facilitate more sign-ups from both students and employers, we made sure to adapt design to mobile screens to maximize usability.
