Being a part of marketing team has allowed me to take on a variety of responsibilities ranging from design of mobile app, motion graphic videos, corporate documents, slide decks, posters and advertising materials to keeping track of invoicing, managing website’s literature and media library.
Having to create designs within a well-established brand framework has proven challenging yet rewarding. Improving pre-existing newsletter catalogue design and layout, refining typography on tear sheets and brochures, as well as other documents presented a chance to practice design fundamentals on a daily basis.
Another big part of my routine was creating posters and apparel designs for the frequent social events at Skyjack. Previous designs would feature adequate but outdated approach towards color, images and layout treatment – one without risks but also without an opportunity to draw people in. New posters seek to bring more life and fun to captivate employees’ attention more effectively.
Collaborating with the tech pub and video production specialists on a various types of videos from walkthroughs and machine overviews to social media shorts and fully-animated ads has given me an opportunity to explore new animation techniques and further improve my video editing skills.
